Breaking in the new crock pot with a pot roast
At long last, I picked up a slow cooker (AKA crock pot) at Target. No clue why I waited so long! This thing has changed my life. Figured a pot roast would be a good dish to inaugurate it with.

This really was an amazing dinner. Kudos to Will, who insisted on getting it (I had my doubts that we would actually use it) and then chopped the veggies. It was great! I'm so happy to have you, Hun.
